Dr. Freda Chin

This Practice was established 30 Years ago by Dr. James Laffin. Dr. Freda Chin was hired in 1997, became partner in 2000, and in 2002 Dr. Freda Chin Incorporated.

Dr. Freda Chin obtained her Bachelor degree from University of Santa Cruz and her Doctorate degree from Pacific University College of Optometry in Oregon. Dr. Chin completed a year of residency in Reno, Nevada and Las Vegas, Nevada with emphasis in ocular diseases. Dr. Chin has been practicing in Patterson for approximately 10 years, is a member of the California Optometric Association, American Optometric Association and Patterson Chamber of Commerce.
